- Monday to Wednesday: dinner is served exclusively for our staying guests at 7:00 pm.
- Thursday to Saturday: our restaurant is open in the evening, serving traditional Burgundian cuisine prepared with local ingredients.
- Sunday evening: our restaurant is closed, but we can prepare a cold meal platter in advance, available from the refrigerator near our honesty bar.
Our restaurant is also open for Sunday lunch.
If you're arriving on Sunday to start work at Valduc on Monday morning, you can still enjoy a meal at the auberge without having to search for a restaurant.
